Past Work

Real Parts. Real Projects.

We keep our customers' work confidential by default. What we can share is the range of what we've built — and the machines we use to build it.

A Note on Discretion

Many of our customers are engineers and product teams working on proprietary designs. We don't share photos of completed work without explicit permission. If you'd like to see examples relevant to your application, reach out — we're happy to share what we can under NDA or on a case-by-case basis.

Our Equipment

The Machines Behind the Work.

Our current fleet includes the Bambu Lab H2C and A2L — two purpose-built FDM printers that together cover the full range of materials and part sizes. We're not limited to these; our setup scales with demand.

Bambu Lab H2C

Enclosed Chamber

High-performance materials, handled.

The H2C is a fully enclosed, actively heated chamber printer built for demanding filaments. It handles carbon fiber composites, nylon, ABS, ASA, and high-temp materials that open-frame machines can't reliably process. If your part needs to survive heat, stress, or a harsh environment — this is the machine.

Bambu Lab A2L

Large Format

When the part is bigger than the problem.

The A2L brings a large build volume to the Bambu ecosystem — ideal for oversized brackets, housings, fixtures, and parts that would otherwise require splitting and bonding. Fast, reliable, and capable of multi-material runs for functional assemblies.

Work We've Done

What We've Built

We've produced parts for engineers, product designers, and fabricators across DFW. A representative cross-section:

Prototypes

Enclosures, housings, form-fit-function mockups, and rapid iteration sets

Functional Parts

Gears, brackets, manifolds, ducts, clips, and load-bearing components

Fixtures & Tooling

Weld fixtures, inspection gauges, assembly jigs, and go/no-go gauges

Composite & Large-Format

Carbon and glass fiber reinforced parts, plus oversized housings and frames printed whole

Start with a File. We Handle the Rest.

Send us your Fusion 360, SOLIDWORKS, or STEP file and we'll take it from there — material selection, orientation, supports, and delivery. No back-and-forth required.
